Return & Replacement Policy
If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, you may request a replacement within 7 days of delivery. Please ensure the item is unused and in its original packaging. Contact us promptly at online@submarinepens.co.in with your order number, photos of the damaged item and packaging, to help us assess its condition upon arrival. Each replacement request is evaluated individually, and we aim to resolve issues within 24-48 business hours.
Refund Policy
In cases where the product can’t be replaced and refund is to be given, Refunds will be initiated once the returned products are received and verified at our warehouse. The refund will be processed to the account within 24-48 business hours. Please note, it may take an additional 2-7 business days for the refunded amount to reflect in your account.

Warranty
We provide 30 days warranty on all our products which covers any manufacturing defects.
- The items with the original receipt are returned within 30 days of purchase.
- Items must be in the original condition as purchased with all labels/tickets attached.
Provided the conditions in our refund policy have been met, refunds will be processed using the original form of payment. You can return an item purchased online by posting it to us. Please contact customer service for return address. Please note that delivery costs will be excluded from the refund unless goods are returned in accordance with your statutory rights (e.g. they are faulty or not as ordered).
